Talpa Network (John de Mol) announced today the commission of a new game format Split Screen, co-developed by the creative and production studio WeMake (Bouchra Réjani, Moe Bennani) for a primetime broadcast on SBS6 in Spring 2020.

The show marks the long-awaited return of one of the most popular Dutch hosts, Rolf Wouters (Big Brother, Don’t forget your toothbrush! , Now or Never).

Split Screen is a primetime quiz show in which duos of participants are able to win up to 100,000 euros by evolving in an impressive set, answering to a unique and entertaining form of questions. For each question, two images or videos are displayed on a giant LED screen, next to each other. Both images represent a number (age, height, length etc.) and it’s up to the contestants to give an answer anywhere in between these two numbers. On Split Screen the answer always lies somewhere in between.

4 teams of 3 celebrities will take part in the 1st season of this big adventure show: Tony Parker, Boris Diaw and Marie-Sophie Obama, Bigflo, Oli, and their father Fabian Ordonez, Marcel Desailly, Emmanuel Petit and Robert Pirès, and a 4th team to be announced very soon.

Before launching WeMake, Bouchra Réjani was C.O.O of Shine France that she joined at its launch in 2010. Shine France produced the biggest hit shows amongst which The Voice, Masterchef, Prodigies, The Island and Running Wild…Before Shine France, she was C.O.O of FremantleMedia France ( Pop Idol, Got Talent, Going for Gold…)

Bouchra partnered with Moe Bennani (Partner and Creative Director) who was formerly Senior Creative at Talpa, where he developed and produced more than 12 international formats (Dance Dance Dance, Five Gold Rings, The Perfect Picture etc.)

Federation Entertainment (Pascal Breton, Lionel Uzan) has acquired a majority stake in WeMake 2018 to fasten its development.
