Paris, 7th December 2017

Palomar (Detective Montalbano, Maltese) and Federation Entertainment (The Bureau, Marseille) announced today the co-development and the co-production of THAT DIRTY BLACK BAG, an 8 X one-hour series (original title: QUELLA SPORCA SACCA NERA).

THAT DIRTY BLACK BAG, created by par Mauro Aragoni and co-written by Mauro Aragoni, Silvia Ebreul and Marcello Izzo, is currently in development.

This western steampunk is an intense series which describes a savage, scorched and deserted world where resources are scarce and it’s a daily struggle for survival. There, two men and two worlds will collide in an epic clash.

The series will be shot in English. Filming is scheduled for 2018 in Italy as well as other southern European countries.

Created in 1986 by Carlo Degli Esposti, Palomar is one of the most highly acclaimed Italian cinema and TV drama production companies.

Federation Entertainment will distribute the series internationally with Palomar as the majority producers.
